I loved volunteering at South prior to Covid and look forward to the day I am able to return. The love and compassion the employees show the residents is amazing and is clearly present in this facility when observing the interactions between the staff and residents. The amount of enthusiasm and teamwork that I witnessed is unexplainable. The fact that the DON and Administrator are present and involved during activities with the residents shows how this facility is more like a family.
